Our products are designed to be used directly. But if you want to dilute it, we recommend diluting or lathering it in a 1:4 ratio. (1 part shampoo or conditioner to 4 parts water)

Which of Inoom's products are vegan?

All of our Inoom products are certified vegan and made by a company that has been making baby products for over 30 years, so they are of high quality and hygienic enough.

What oils are used in Inoom products?

We use rosemary oil in our products.
Not only does it smell great, but it also promotes the health of your furry friends' skin and coat.

Are Inoom shampoo products suitable for the double-coated dogs?

Our Inoom products are also suitable for double-coated dogs. Dogs with double coats tend to have more tangles, which can affect their skin. Inoom's moisturising ingredients and gentle texture help to prevent tangles and moisturise the skin.

Can an 8-week-old puppy use Inoom shampoo and conditioner products?

Our Inoom products are mild enough to be used by young puppies, as they have been tested non-irritating to the skin.

Typically, puppies start walking around 8 weeks of age after they have been vaccinated and have developed antibodies, so we recommend starting at this age.

Is it safe for my dog to lick a little bit of the shampoo in the bath?

We don't contain any ingredients that are harmful to pets (tea tree oil, cacao, grapes, xylitol, caffeine, alcohol), so a small lick shouldn't be a problem. So you can rest assured.

How often should I use ear cleaner, tear cleaner, and mist?

The tear cleaner can be used once a day (in cases of severe tearing, it can be used up to twice a day). The ear cleaner should be used twice a week, and the mist can be used as needed.

When using tear and ear cleaners with cotton swabs, apply enough to thoroughly moisten the cotton. For the mist, it's fine to spray multiple times as long as the coat is not soaked through.

However, when applying the ear cleaner directly to the ear, check the instructions below question instruction.

How do I use ear cleaners correctly?

It's better to pour the product directly into your ear to dissolve earwax, rather than putting cleaner on a cotton swab and wiping it out. (Our products are safe to pour directly into the ear because of the fast-drying ingredients, including propylene glycol and butylene glycol.)

We recommend using a generous amount (1 to 2 squeezes), and after pouring the ear cleaner, close the ear, massage for at least 5 to 10 seconds, and then release your hand - your pet may be able to shake out the wax on their own.
If not, you can also try blowing into their ears to encourage them to remove the wax.
Afterward, simply wipe the surface clean with a cotton ball.
